How to prepare and sit your learners Licence Test.

The general requirements and rules you will need to know are in the NZ Road Code.  

On the NZTA website you can also learn the multi-choice questions and answers that will be used in the actual Learner Licence test

To sit the test you – locate a  driver licencing office nearest you and book a time with them. A full list of these offices are available on the NZTA Web Site:

Remember to have the following prepared on the test day:

• Your Birth Certificate or Passport
• A Bill or Bank statement, these documents must be no older than 6 months and need to show your name and current address in print.
  Pay the Fee of $96.10.
